Parts Replacement Questions
We offer three tiers: original Apple parts, new OEM parts (same factories, lower price), and quality tested used parts. We'll explain the differences and recommend the best option for your Mac and budget.
Most screen replacements take 2-4 hours. You can wait in our lounge or drop off and pick up later. We stock screens for most common MacBook models.
For most parts (screen, battery, keyboard), we don't touch your storage so your data stays intact. For storage upgrades, we include data migration at no extra cost.
All parts replacements come with a minimum 3-month warranty. If the same part fails within the warranty period, we replace it free of charge. OEM and original parts may have extended warranty options.
