Apple's policy is to replace the entire logicboard when any component fails. This costs 15,000-40,000+ THB. We identify the exact failing chip (which might cost 500-2,000 THB) and replace only that component using micro-soldering equipment. Same fix, fraction of the cost.
We have a strict "no fix, no pay" policy for logicboard repairs. If we can't repair it, you don't pay for the repair attempt. We may charge a small diagnostic fee in some complex cases, but we'll always tell you upfront.
Most logicboard repairs take 1-3 days. Simple component replacements can be done in 1-2 days. Complex repairs or those requiring special parts may take 3-5 days. We also offer an expedited service for urgent cases.
Yes. While we replace specific components, our 3-month warranty covers the entire logicboard. If any issue arises on the board within the warranty period — even in a different area — we'll fix it free of charge.
