Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk in any time Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 or Sat 11:00–17:00. The inspection takes about 15 minutes. If you're in a hurry, book a repair appointment and mention you're selling.
Can the price change after inspection?
No. Price confirmed = price paid, in writing. If your description matches the device, the online estimate matches the payout.
How is my data erased?
In front of you, before we pay. Sign out of iCloud and turn Find My off before coming in and the whole visit takes minutes.
Do you buy iCloud-locked devices?
Yes, at a reduced parts-based price, confirmed in store after inspection. An unlocked device is always worth more — remove the lock first if you can.
Bank transfer or cash?
Either — your choice, on the spot, right after the inspection. We write the price and terms on your receipt.
Which models do you accept?
iPhone 12 and newer (including SE 3rd gen) and MacBook with Apple Silicon — M1 and newer, Air and Pro. We don't buy Intel Macs, iPads or Android devices.
